Who we are

This website is operated by Tech Wessex, based in Portland, Dorset. For privacy enquiries, email noc@techwessex.net.

Information you choose to share

When you submit our form, call or email us, we use your contact information and message to respond and discuss relevant services. The website form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile and forwards enquiries through a Telegram bot to the business contact channel. Telegram may process messages on infrastructure outside the UK; see its privacy information. Please do not include passwords, authentication codes or highly sensitive information.

Website delivery and security

Our website is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process IP addresses, device and request information to deliver and protect the website. Technical records are managed in accordance with Cloudflare's services and applicable law. We do not run advertising tracking or analytics scripts on this website.

Cookies

We do not set advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile and website security services may set strictly necessary cookies or process technical information to prevent abuse.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell enquiry details. Information may be shared with service providers only where necessary to operate communications or support our business. Enquiry information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was supplied, including legal or contractual obligations.
